1. Hatanosawa Metalic Spa Tamagoyu (Konashi Kobayashi 334-1 Semmaya Ichinoseki-city, Iwate、10:00-18:00) visit before close 2024/03/31

   	This is the countryside, good atmosphere. Wonderful alcali spa.
   	Great pity closing on the end of March.
     

2. Teikokuyu(3-22-3, Higashi-Nippori Arakawa, Tokyo)

   	Typical Tokyo traditional sento. I was born to take this bath.
     

3. Toshichi Spa Saiun-sou(Top of the Mt.Hachimantai)

   	Bathing the real sulfur spa!
     

4. Ishigami Onsen (342-61 KitaSekinouchi, Mutsu-city, Aomori, 7:00-21:30, no holidays)

   	Iron Spa at the far north of Honshu!
     

5. Sanseiji Onsen(Sanseiji, Hirosaki, Aomori)

   	Started again after its closing. Aomori sentos have great powers.
     

6. Refresh Spa Quode (52-1 Yasudaseki-hashi, Yokote-city, Akita)

   	First experience of Chimjilpan! Kamukura Sauna is also good.
     

7. Kosugiyu Harajuku(Tokyu Plaza Harakado B1F, Shibuya-ward, Tokyo)

   	First new open sento for several years. Impressed by many young people
   	and the MILK BATH.
     

8. Karatake Onsen(Kawarada, Karatake, Hirokawa-city, Aomori)

   	Secret spa in Hirakawa-city. But this is not the deepest one.
   	Aomori sentos always surprise me.
     

9. Koeda Inn ( 6-24-4 Oushuku Shizukuishi-town, Iwate)

   	Chilling after 25km run.
     

10. Chuuou Yokujou (54-1, 21st-Jiwari Oobuke Hachimantai-city, Iwate)

    	The last sento with Bandai in the inland of Iwate.
      

11. Asahi Sauna Capsule Inn Hirosaki(Asahi-Kaikan 5F, Dotecho, Hirosaki-city, Aomori)

    	I didn't know there are capsule hotels in North Tohoku!
